某三甲医院医护人员心理健康对主观幸福感影响的路径分析

目的调查某三甲医院医护人员的心理健康对主观幸福感的影响。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法抽取科室,科室内采取普查的方式对775名医护人员进行问卷调查。结果心理不健康与主观幸福感呈负相关(P<0.01)。各维度中,对健康的担心与抑郁不相关(P>0.05),心理健康其他维度与主观幸福感各维度均呈负相关(P<0.05)。抑郁、躯体化、敌对、年龄、强迫症状、科室对主观幸福感有预测作用,能解释总体变量的47.1%;年龄、科室、躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、敌对直接影响主观幸福感,路径系数为0.089、-0.096、-0.616、-0.623、-0.639、-0.609;躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、敌对通过科室对主观幸福感产生间接影响,路径系数为-0.010、-0.007、-0.007、-0.007。结论医护人员生活压力更大,幸福感不足,是医院管理需要重点关注的群体。 Objective To investigate the impact of psychological health of medical staff in a top three hospital on subjective well-being. Methods A total of 775 medical staffs were surveyed by cluster sampling method. Results There was a negative correlation between mental unhealthy and subjective well-being (P <0.01). There was no correlation between health concerns and depression in all dimensions (P> 0.05). Other dimensions of mental health were negatively correlated with dimensions of subjective well-being (P <0.05). Depression, somatization, hostility, age, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, department predicts the subjective well-being, and can explain 47.1% of the total variables. Age, department, somatization, obsessive compulsive symptoms, depression and hostility directly affect subjective well-being, (Subscript 0.089, -0.096, -0.616, -0.623, -0.639, -0.609, respectively). Somatization, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression and hostility indirectly influenced the subjective well-being through departments. The path coefficients were -0.010, -0.007, -0.007, 0.007. Conclusion Health care workers living under more stress, lack of well-being, the hospital management needs to focus on groups.
