采用分光光度法对海参中的总锗量进行了测定 ,分析结果表明 :海参中总锗含量为 14.16～ 15 .18μg·g-1.回收率为 88.1%～ 94.8% .
The total germanium content in sea cucumber was determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the total germanium content in sea cucumber was 14.16-15.18 μg · g-1, and the recoveries were 88.1% -94.8%.
