目的探讨杞菊地黄汤加味对高血压合并焦虑抑郁情绪患者心率变异性及神经内分泌系统的影响。方法选取2013年12月至2015年12月于广东省深圳市龙岗区第五人民医院进行治疗的120例原发性高血病伴焦虑、抑郁情绪患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组患者给予非洛地平缓释片和舍曲林治疗,试验组患者采用非洛地平缓释片联合杞菊地黄汤加味颗粒剂进行治疗。采用汉密尔顿焦虑抑郁评量表(HAMD)对疗效进行评价;比较治疗前后心率变异性(SDNN、r MSSD、PNN50、SDANN、NN50、TP、VLF、LF、HF、LF/HF);比较治疗前后血浆内皮素(ET)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平。结果试验组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的r MSSD显著低于对照组,而SDANN、NN50、VLF和LF均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的ET和AngⅡ水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论杞菊地黄汤加味可以有效改善合并焦虑抑郁情绪高血压患者的心率变异性,调节神经内分泌系统,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qiju Dihuang Decoction on heart rate variability and neuroendocrine system in hypertensive patients with anxiety and depression. Methods From December 2013 to December 2015 in Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, Fifth People’s Hospital for treatment of 120 patients with primary hypercholesterolemia and anxiety and depression as the research object, were randomly divided into control group And experimental group, each 60 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with sustained-release tablets of felodipine and sertraline. The patients in the experimental group were treated with the modified tablet of felodipine and Qiju Dihuang Decoction plus flavored granules. The Hamilton anxiety depression scale (HAMD) was used to evaluate the curative effect. The heart rate variability (SDNN, rMSSD, PNN50, SDANN, NN50, TP, VLF, LF, HF and LF / HF) was compared before and after treatment. Endothelin (ET) and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) levels. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the r MSSD of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while SDANN, NN50, VLF and LF (All P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of ET and AngⅡ in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05), and the differences were statistically significant . Conclusion Qiju Dihuang decoction can effectively improve heart rate variability in patients with anxiety and depression and regulate the neuroendocrine system, with a significant therapeutic effect.
