目的探讨吸烟与非吸烟慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺弥散功能的差异。方法回顾性分析113例符合入选标准的COPD患者,分为吸烟组(n=62)、非吸烟组(n=51)。测定静息状态下第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)及肺CO弥散量(DLCO)、比弥散量(DLCO/VA)。结果两组患者FEV1比较差异无统计学意义。吸烟组DLCO与非吸烟组比较有降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论吸烟影响肺功能,吸烟加重了COPD病人弥散功能的损害。
Objective To investigate the difference of pulmonary diffuse function between smoking and non-smoking chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 113 eligible COPD patients was divided into smoking group (n = 62) and non-smoking group (n = 51). The FEV1, FEV1 / FVC, DLCO and DLCO / VA were measured at rest. Results There was no significant difference in FEV1 between the two groups. Smoking group DLCO and non-smoking group decreased, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Smoking affects lung function and smoking aggravates the diffuse function of COPD patients.
