航天电子产品在低气压环境下容易发生放电,导致电磁干扰、产品损坏甚至灾难性事故。为确定单机机箱内部压力在轨变化趋势和特点,文章以航天器典型单机机箱为研究对象,首先计算分析了机箱内部压力随时间的变化规律;然后利用特殊工装实际测量了置于真空容器内机箱的内部压力变化。理论计算结果与试验实测结果符合性较好。该研究能够为单机机箱设计、低气压放电防护及评估提供依据和指导。
Aerospace electronics products prone to discharge in low pressure environment, resulting in electromagnetic interference, product damage or even catastrophic accident. In order to determine the trend and characteristics of pressure changes in a single machine chassis, the article takes a typical single chassis of a spacecraft as the research object. Firstly, the variation of the pressure inside the chassis over time is calculated and analyzed. Then, The internal pressure changes. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. This research can provide the basis and guidance for single chassis design, low pressure discharge protection and evaluation.
