[目的]建立顶空-毛细管气相色谱快速分析饮用水中多种挥发性卤代烃的方法。[方法]对平衡温度、平衡时间、气液相比等顶空条件及色谱条件进行了优化,并对实际水样进行了测定。[结果]9种挥发性卤代烃平均加标回收率在89.5%~117.2%之间,相对标准偏差为1.7%~6.3%,最低检出浓度为0.01~2.80μg/L。[结论]所建立的方法操作简单、快捷,具有较好的灵敏度和准确度,适用于生活饮用水中多种挥发性卤代烃的分析。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for rapid analysis of a variety of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water by headspace-capillary gas chromatography. [Method] The headspace conditions and chromatographic conditions such as equilibrium temperature, equilibration time, gas / liquid ratio were optimized and the actual water samples were determined. [Result] The average recoveries of nine kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons ranged from 89.5% to 117.2%, with relative standard deviations of 1.7% ~ 6.3% and minimum detectable concentrations of 0.01 ~ 2.80 μg / L. [Conclusion] The established method is simple, rapid and has good sensitivity and accuracy. It is suitable for the analysis of many volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water.
