It helps to develop the ability of students to appreciate the advantages and disadvantages of the article, but also improve teaching efficiency, thereby enhancing the level of students’ writing. Teachers should guide students in modifying essay from the following aspects: choosing good opportunities, developing habits of modification, guiding methods, guiding the way of doing exercises, and valuing evaluation.
