目的 讨论一氧化氮(NO)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脊髓转移瘤中的表达。方法 采用免疫组化法检测17例脊髓种植性转移瘤活检标本中的诱导型NO合酶(iNOS)、VEGF和Ⅷ因子相关抗原(FⅧRAg)的表达,分析其病理学意义。结果 ①转移瘤组iNOS阳性表达率为58.8%,而对照组iNOS无表达(P<0.001);②转移瘤iNOS阴性组微血管密度值为(20.80±11.74)个/视野,iNOS阳性组为(39.20±18.55)个/视野,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05);③转移瘤组VEGF阳性表达率为70.6%,明显高于对照组的20%(P<0.05);④VEGF阳性组微管密度为(41.03±20.19)个/视野,阴性组为(20.03±11.60)个/视野,二者间差异有显著性(P<0.01);⑤iNOS阳性组中VEGF阳性细胞数明显高于iNOS阴性组(P<0.01)。结论 NO和VEGF在脊髓转移瘤的形成中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of nitric oxide (NO) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in spinal metastases. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of iNOS, VEGF and Ⅷ factor related antigen (FⅧRAg) in 17 cases of spinal cord metastatic tumor biopsy specimens. The pathological significance was analyzed. Results ① The positive rate of iNOS in metastatic tumor was 58.8%, while the expression of iNOS in the control group was no significant difference (P <0.001); ② The microvessel density in iNOS negative group was (20.80 ± 11.74) / field, iNOS positive group was (39.20 ± 18.55) / vision, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05); ③The positive rate of VEGF expression in metastatic tumor was 70.6%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (20%, P <0.05) (41.03 ± 20.19) / field of vision, the negative group was (20.03 ± 11.60) / field, the difference was significant (P <0.01); ⑤In iNOS positive group, the number of VEGF positive cells was significantly higher than that of iNOS negative group (P <0.01). Conclusion NO and VEGF play an important role in the formation of spinal metastases.
