对于人们来说,食物是尤为重要的,是人们赖以生存的物质基础。食物的生产不仅是人们物质生产中必不可少的部分,也可以作为一种旅游资源。在人们的旅行过程中,食物也是重要的组成因素。我国的饮食文化具有多样性,各地的饮食习惯千差万别,这是由于地理因素所导致的。由于我国土地面积广阔,各地的自然环境也不一样。就像南米、北面,每个地区所盛产的物质不一样,人们的饮食习惯也就自然有差别。接下来就主要从自然因素和人文因素入手,看看中国饮食文化的形成对当地的旅游资源有什么影响。以及在开发以饮食文化为代表的旅游资源时,应该注重哪些问题。 Food is of particular importance to people and is the material basis upon which people depend.
