中国铁路工程总公司(以下简称“中国中铁”)是全球最大的建筑工程承包商之一。上世纪末,公司全面推行国内外建筑企业先进管理经验,实施项目法施工,撤销工程段队,工程项目部成为基本组织模式。不过,新的管理模式也带来了新的挑战。当前,中国中铁16000多个工程项目部分布在全国30多个省市和65个国家和地区,点多线长,高度分散,人员管理难度不断加大。近年来,由于一些项目部管理不到位,出现农民工讨薪要薪、集体上访、人员冲突等
China Railway Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “China Railway”) is one of the largest construction contractors in the world.
