Bone metastasis of the hands and feet is rare. The author reviewed 240 cases reported in the literature and 43 cases (Hand 21, Foot 22) in the literature. It was found that the incidence of the two sites is similar, and only two cases have been reported in the two sites. . The metastasis of the hand was the phalanx, especially the distal segment, and the carpal bone was the least; about half of the metastases were in the sacrum (73% in the author group) and calcaneus in the metatarsal.
