本文结合安徽农业大学土地资源管理专业“土地法学”课程教学实践,在比较分析案例教学法五种运作模式运用于“土地法学”课程教学的适用性基础上,以案例讨论法运作模式作为研究对象,从案例的选择、案例的导入及组织、案例讨论及教师点评四个环节进行了实践经验介绍。指出案例教学法作为一种实践性教学法,有助于加强教师与学生、学生与学生之间的互动性,激发学生的专业学习主动性及潜力,大大提高了“土地法学”课程的教学效率。
Based on the comparative analysis of the applicability of the five modes of case teaching to the teaching of “Land Law”, this paper combines the teaching practice of “Land Law” in Anhui Agricultural University and the case study method Model as the research object, introduced the practical experience from the four aspects of case selection, case introduction and organization, case discussion and teacher comment. It points out that the case teaching method as a practical teaching method helps to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, students and students, stimulates students’ professional learning initiative and potential, and greatly enhances the teaching of “Land Law” Teaching efficiency.
