目的调查癫痫患者家属的心理状况。方法使用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)对60例被确诊为癫痫患者的家属进行调查,并与中国成人常模对照,分析其结果。结果60例癫痫患者家属中有36例(60%)存在肯定的焦虑。结论癫痫患者家属因患者的疾病而产生一系列心理变化,出现紧张、恐惧、焦虑、悲观等心理变化。我们研究发现,这种紧张、焦虑的心理状态同时与药物副作用、疗效、癫痫发作类型等有密切关系。医生需为其提供必要的心理咨询及心理治疗。 Objective To investigate the psychological status of the family members of epilepsy patients. Methods Sixty families diagnosed as epilepsy were investigated using the Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and compared with Chinese adults. The results were analyzed. Results Sixty-six (60%) of the 60 families with epilepsy had affirmative anxiety. Conclusion The family members of epilepsy patients have a series of psychological changes due to the patients’ diseases, and there are psychological changes such as nervousness, fear, anxiety and pessimism. Our study found that this nervous and anxious state of mind and drug side effects, efficacy, type of seizures are closely related. Doctors need to provide them with the necessary psychological counseling and psychotherapy.
