小组讨论简介 通过给一定数目的应试者(通常为5—7个)一个与工作相关的问题,让他们进行一定时间长度的讨论,来检测应试者的组织协调能力、洞察力等方面的技巧,非言语沟通能力(如面部表情等)以及自信程度等个性特点和行为风格,以评价应试者之间的优劣。这种测评人才素质的方法我们就称之为小组讨论。 实践证明,这种方法有着很高的信度、效度和效率,很受用人部门的欢迎。有趣的是,应试者通常也对这种方式感到满意,他们认为这种方式新鲜有趣,而跟很多同行进行交流对自己来说也是一种提高。
Brief Introduction to the panel discussion By testing a certain number of examinees (usually 5-7) with a work-related issue, allowing them to discuss for a certain length of time to detect the examinee’s skills in organizational coordination and insight, Non-verbal communication skills (such as facial expressions, etc.), as well as personality characteristics such as self-confidence and behavior style, to evaluate the pros and cons of candidates. This method of measuring the quality of talent we call it a panel discussion. Practice has proved that this method has a high reliability, validity and efficiency, very popular with the employing department. Interestingly, candidates are usually satisfied with this approach, they think this approach is fresh and interesting, but with many colleagues to communicate is also an improvement for themselves.
