目的:检测ndrg2、c-myc在人甲状腺肿瘤中的表达,探讨ndrg2、c-myc在人甲状腺肿瘤中的表达模式。方法:运用甲状腺组织芯片,通过免疫组化染色,检测ndrg2、c-myc在人甲状腺肿瘤中的表达,并进行量化评分,分析ndrg2表达与c-myc表达两者之间可能存在的负调控关系。结果:ndrg2在甲状腺癌组织中呈阴性表达,在甲状腺腺瘤组织中呈弱表达或不表达趋势,在正常甲状腺组织中高表达。而c-myc在甲状腺癌组织中呈高表达,在甲状腺腺瘤组织中不表达或仅呈部分弱表达,在正常甲状腺组织中呈阴性表达。统计结果分析显示,ndrg2与c-myc在人甲状腺组织中的表达呈负相关。结论:ndrg2、c-myc在人甲状腺肿瘤中的表达呈负相关,由此推测NDRG2可能受到C-MYC的负调控。
Objective: To detect the expression of ndrg2 and c-myc in human thyroid neoplasms and to explore the expression patterns of ndrg2 and c-myc in human thyroid tumors. Methods: Thyroid tissue microarray was used to detect the expression of ndrg2 and c-myc in human thyroid neoplasms by immunohistochemical staining and quantified. The possible negative relationship between ndrg2 expression and c-myc expression was analyzed . Results: ndrg2 was negatively expressed in thyroid carcinomas and weakly expressed or not expressed in thyroid adenomas. It was overexpressed in normal thyroid tissues. However, c-myc was overexpressed in thyroid cancer tissues, not expressed in thyroid adenoma tissues or only partially weakly expressed, and negative in normal thyroid tissues. Statistical analysis showed that ndrg2 and c-myc in human thyroid tissue was negatively correlated. Conclusion: The expression of ndrg2 and c-myc in human thyroid tumors is negatively correlated, suggesting that NDRG2 may be negatively regulated by C-MYC.
