盐度对克氏螯虾幼虾毒性试验

根据氯化物型盐碱地水质的特点,采用天然海水配置不同盐度的咸水,研究盐度对克氏螯虾幼虾的急性毒性作用,通过试验,克氏螯虾幼虾24、48、72、96h盐度半致死浓度(Lc50)分别为30.37、26.76、25.19和23.93,安全浓度为6.23。试验结果表明,克氏螯虾幼虾对盐度具有较高的耐受性。
