摘要目的评估实时二维剪切波弹性成像(RT 2DSWE)在慢性病毒性肝炎(CVH)病人中无创分期中的作用。材料与方法通过肋间测量CVH病人肝硬度、脾硬度。排除标准包括丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)>3倍正常值上限、胆汁淤积性肝内胆管扩张、肝淤血。结果以k Pa为单位记录,并且与肝纤维化组织学分级(Ishak评分)比较。综合临床、超声、内镜下标准诊断失代偿期肝硬化。结果 123例病人中分别有79.7%和53.7%接受了肝硬度、脾硬度测量。肝硬度可准确区分肝
Abstract Objective To evaluate the role of real-time two-dimensional shear wave elastography (RT 2DSWE) in the noninvasive staging of patients with chronic viral hepatitis (CVH). Materials and Methods Measured intercostal CVH patients with liver cirrhosis, splenomegaly. Exclusion criteria included a> 3-fold upper limit of normal for alanine aminotransferase (ALT), cholestatic intrahepatic bile duct dilatation, and liver congestion. Results were recorded in kPa and compared to histological grade of liver fibrosis (Ishak score). Comprehensive clinical, ultrasound, endoscopic diagnosis of decompensated liver cirrhosis.
