调查了柑橘类精油中普遍存在的呋喃香豆素类物质及其对皮肤的光化学毒性作用。采用UV技术测定了四种市售芳香疗法用柑橘类精油:橙油、柠檬油、葡萄柚精油与佛手柑精油中呋喃香豆素的含量,并使用液-液萃取分离技术对这四种精油进行了脱呋喃香豆素类化合物试验,开发研制了四种脱敏精油。这些脱敏精油在芳香疗法使用剂量下,呋喃香豆素类化合物的含量均在20mg/kg以下,保证了使用的安全与可靠。
The furocoumarins commonly found in citrus essential oils and their photochemical toxic effects on the skin were investigated. UV technology was used to determine the contents of four commercially available aromatherapy citrus essential oils: orange oil, lemon oil, grapefruit essential oil and bergamot essential oil, and the use of liquid-liquid extraction separation technology for these four essential oils. Defurancoumarin compounds were tested and four types of desensitizing oils were developed. The doses of these desensitizing oils used in aromatherapy were all below 20mg/kg for furanocoumarins, which ensured the safety and reliability of use.
