依据微带线的基本原理和电压调谐变容二极管的特性,结合微带交指滤波器的设计方法,提出一种基于交指结构的中心频率可调带通滤波器。设计了一种中心频率可调范围1.23~2.23GHz、带内插损小于4dB、带内平坦度优于0.5dB、相对带宽6.5%~4.5%的可调带通滤波器。经过ADS软件的仿真验证,证实了设计的有效性。
According to the basic principle of microstrip line and the characteristics of voltage tuned varactor diode, a method of center frequency adjustable bandpass filter based on interdigitated structure is proposed based on the design method of microstrip interdigital filter. A tunable band-pass filter with center frequency adjustable range of 1.23 ~ 2.23GHz, in-band insertion loss less than 4dB, in-band flatness better than 0.5dB and relative bandwidth of 6.5% ~ 4.5% is designed. After the simulation of ADS software validation, confirmed the effectiveness of the design.
