当电动矿用车下坡缓行时,发电机当作电动机使用,柴油机由怠速被拖至高转速。由于交流电动机在旋转时定子有一定的交流电压,当逆变器启动时,相当于交流电源并联运行,并联的一瞬间,需要电源的电压幅值、频率和相位相同。通过外部转速传感器间接检测转子频率,以及检测相位过零点时刻的方法来达到定子旋转磁场与转子转速同步的目的,实现发动机反拖平稳启动。此外,设计了一个等比例试验平台,通过试验验证了该方案的简单易行和高可靠性,为实车设计提供了理论和试验依据。
