本文利用正交试验研究了淬火温度、回火温度、回火时间和回火次数等因素对 Cr12钢强韧性的影响。结果表明,Cr12钢采用1000~1030℃淬火,440℃两次中温回火,可显著提高Cr12钢的强韧性。此外,采用980℃淬火,280℃两次回火,其强韧性也很好。对于 Cr12型的钢的强韧化已有不少研究,如循环相变,四步热处理等,但对于某些产品,这些方法显得过于复杂。我们基于工厂的实际情况,对 Cr12钢的强韧化进行研究,选出适合该厂条件(产品:小轧辊,硬度要求在 HRC58以上,工作中受冲击载荷)的简便的强韧化方法。
In this paper, using orthogonal test to study the quenching temperature, tempering temperature, tempering time and tempering times and other factors on the toughness of Cr12 steel. The results show that Cr12 steel quenched at 1000 ~ 1030 ℃ and tempered twice at 440 ℃ can significantly improve the toughness of Cr12 steel. In addition, the use of 980 ℃ quenching, 280 ℃ twice tempering, its toughness is also very good. There have been many studies on the strengthening and toughening of Cr12 steels, such as cyclic phase change and four-step heat treatment. However, for some products, these methods are too complicated. Based on the actual situation of the factory, we studied the strengthening and toughening of Cr12 steel and selected a simple and effective toughening method suitable for the condition of the plant (product: small roll, hardness above HRC 58, impact load during work).
