扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,CYB56/38深井泵柱塞的失效形式主要是表面损伤,即微量切削、压痕、裂纹形成、腐蚀和疲劳。分析认为,工作在含砂油井中的深井泵柱塞的失效通常是镀铬层的剥落和磨损。其原因是,原油中的砂粒引起严重的磨料磨损以及来自环境的腐蚀作用。指出在设计泵的柱塞时,必须提高柱塞强化表面的耐磨料磨损性能,同时还应当改善镀铬层的质量。
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis showed that the failure modes of the CYB56 / 38 deep well pump plunger are mainly surface damage, ie, micro-cutting, indentation, crack formation, corrosion and fatigue. Analysis suggests that the failure of deep well pump plungers working in sand-containing wells is usually the peeling and galling of the chrome layer. The reason is that the sand in the crude oil causes severe abrasive wear and corrosion from the environment. It is pointed out that in designing the plunger of the pump, it is necessary to improve the abrasive wear resistance of the strengthened surface of the plunger and to improve the quality of the chrome plating.
