我原是一个外科医生,1966年2月率医疗队到河南林县任村公社卫生院驻队。初到这里,感到山峦起伏,风景优美。有的生产队在山头耕种,当云雾升起,就形成农民和牛在高高的云层上耕种,多好的画卷。我第二次到林县是1970年6月,医疗队中的多数科研人员住在县医院,多数医护人员住在姚村公社卫生院以及派住在社员家中。姚村是山岭中的一小块盆地,位于太行山主峰的东麓。我们在农村开始时主要给社员诊治常见病,医疗队队员要互相学习技术,还要向当地的医生学习,才能更好地为社员们看病。当时常遇到的是胃病、外伤、皮肤病、甲状腺肿、妇科病、接生等。医疗队员曾在任村卫生院简单的把诊室布置成手术室,治疗急诊、创伤。我还曾经在这简陋手术室中为一位幽门梗阻的妇女作了胃肠手术。姚村卫生院有个小手术室,在这儿我和队员曾经为社员作了外伤的抢救术、数例裂唇修补术、产后 I was originally a surgeon. At that time, stomach problems, trauma, skin diseases, goiter, gynecological diseases, and delivery were frequently encountered. The medical team once arranged the consulting room as an operating room in Rencun Health Center to treat emergency and trauma. I also performed gastro-intestinal surgery for a woman with pyloric obstruction in this simple operating room.
