目的:为减少药患纠纷,改善药患关系提供参考。方法:对医院药房引起的药患纠纷原因进行总结、分析。结果:引发纠纷的主要因素有药学人员因素、医生方面因素、患者方面因素和其他因素等4个方面。结论:医院加强监督管理,药师提升业务素质,转变服务理念,以尽量减少药患纠纷,提高医院药学服务质量。
Objective: To provide reference for reducing drug disputes and improving the relationship between patients and patients. Methods: To sum up and analyze the causes of drug disputes caused by hospital pharmacy. Results: The main factors triggering the dispute are pharmacy staff factors, doctor aspects, patient aspects and other factors in four aspects. Conclusion: The hospital strengthens the supervision and administration, the pharmacist improves the professional quality and changes the service concept so as to minimize the dispute between the medicine and the patient and improve the quality of the hospital pharmacy service.
