目的:研究云南松松塔提取物对免疫抑制和正常小鼠血常规的影响情况。方法:通过给予除正常组外的其余各组小鼠连续腹腔注射CTX,连续给药3天建立免疫抑制动物模型,灌胃给予松塔提取物进行治疗,采用眼球采血法,应用XFA6130全自动动物血液细胞分析仪进行相关指标的测定。结果:云南松松塔提取物能够显著升高CTX致免疫力低下模型小鼠体内WBC、LY、GR、HCT和MCV水平(P<0.05),同时在高剂量时可显著降低平均血球血红蛋白浓度(P<0.01);高剂量云南松松塔提取物能显著增加正常小鼠WBC和GR数量,而中、低剂量云南松松塔提取物对正常小鼠血常规各项指标无显著影响。结论:云南松松塔提取物能使免疫力低下模型小鼠免疫力增强,同时对正常机体各项血常规指标无显著影响。
Objective: To study the effect of Pinus yunnanensis extract on immunosuppression and blood routine in normal mice. Methods: The mice in the other groups except the normal group were injected intraperitoneally with CTX continuously for 3 days to establish immunosuppressive animal models. The rats were given gavage of pine cone extract for the treatment. The eyeball blood collection method was used. The animals were treated with XFA6130 fully automatic animals Blood cell analyzer for the determination of relevant indicators. Results: The extract from Pinus yunnanensis could significantly increase the levels of WBC, LY, GR, HCT and MCV in CTX-induced immunocompromised mice (P <0.05), meanwhile, the mean hemoglobin concentration P <0.01). The high dose of Pinus yunnanensis extract could significantly increase the number of WBC and GR in normal mice, while the medium and low dose of Pinus yunnanensis pine extract had no significant effect on the indexes of blood in normal mice. CONCLUSION: The extract of Pinus yunnanensis can enhance immunity of mice with immunocompromised mice, and have no significant effect on the blood routine indexes of normal mice.
