在竞争性的电力市场中,各发电商的边际生产成本并不公开,因此Lerner指标在实际市场中很难应用。根据市场均衡理论,基于发电商所面对的需求曲线,结合微观经济学分析,提出了一种Lerner指标的新的计算方法。在不知发电商生产成本的情况下,仅根据各参与者(发电商和用户)的报价曲线以及电力市场的实时交易信息,即可计算出各发电商的Lerner指标。该方法也适于求解计及阻塞的系统。两个算例仿真表明,该文提出的方法是可行的。
In the competitive electricity market, the marginal cost of production of each generator is not disclosed, so the Lerner indicator is hard to be applied in the real market. According to the market equilibrium theory and based on the demand curve of power suppliers, a new calculation method of Lerner index is proposed based on microeconomic analysis. Without knowing the production cost of generators, the Lerner index of each generator can be calculated based on the quotation curves of all participants (generators and users) and real-time transaction information in the electricity market. This method is also suitable for solving a system that considers congestion. Two examples show that the proposed method is feasible.
