高校武术课是武术运动传播的重要载体,武术课教学质量的高低直接影响着武术运动传播水平的高低。承担武术课教学任务的教师的综合素质特别是人文素质,则是决定武术课教学质量的关键条件。认真审视目前高校武术课教师人文素质的现状可以发现,无论是在精神层面,还是在知识层面,乃至行为层面,都或多或少地存在一定的不足,采取有效措施和途径对这些问题加以解决是摆在我们面前不容忽视的一个重要课题。
Wushu classes in colleges and universities are important carriers for the spread of Wushu. The teaching quality of Wushu classes directly affects the level of Wushu communication. The overall quality of the teachers who undertake the teaching task of martial arts, especially the humanistic quality, is the key condition to decide the teaching quality of Wushu teaching. A careful examination of the present situation of the humanistic quality of martial arts teachers in colleges and universities shows that there are some deficiencies in the spiritual level, the knowledge level and even the behavioral level, and some effective measures and approaches are taken to solve these problems It is an important issue that can not be ignored before us.
