研究生物质与煤混燃过程Hg排放特性具有重要意义。在高温管式电加热炉上进行了2种煤与2种生物质掺混燃烧试验,掺混比例为95 5、90 10、85 15,试验温度为1250℃。对不同燃烧过程烟气Hg含量进行了分析。计算了燃料单位发热量Hg含量及单位发热量Hg排放。研究结果表明:掺混生物质使燃料的[Cl]/[Hg]增大。随生物质掺混比例增加,1号煤燃烧烟气中Hg2比例不断增加,Hg0比例不断减少,二者之和为下降趋势;2号煤与生物质混燃时气态Hg占总输入Hg的比例随生物质掺混比的增加表现出先减少后增加的趋势;1号煤添加生物质后,单位热值Hg2排放增加,Hg0排放减少,总气态Hg的排放是减少的;2号煤添加棉杆时,棉杆添加比例为15%条件下,单位热值下气态总Hg排放比未添加时高。
It is of great importance to study the Hg emission characteristics of co-firing process of coal and coal. Two types of coal and two kinds of biomass were mixed and burned on a high temperature tubular electric heating furnace. The mixing ratio was 95 5,90 10,85 15 and the test temperature was 1250 ℃.
