1 用氯化钙溶液做植物细胞质壁分离实验 用30％蔗糖溶液进行质壁分离实验其缺点是:蔗糖质粘,物镜载物台易沾污,不易擦拭。我们改用饱和氯化钙溶液进行质壁分离实验,效果最佳,易清理。
