目的探讨足趾移植再造小儿拇手指缺损的安全性及应用价值。方法对18例拇手指缺损患者行第2足趾或第2、3足趾移植术,其中拇指再造12例,示指再造4例,示、中指同时再造2例。结果18例移植足趾全部成活,经过1年2个月至7年的随访,移植足趾再造的拇手指外观及功能均满意。结论应用显微外科技术行足趾移植再造小儿拇手指缺损安全可靠,临床效果好。
Objective To investigate the safety and application value of thumb-finger defect in children with toe transplantation. Methods 18 cases of thumb-deficit patients underwent the second toe or the second and third toe grafting. There were 12 cases of thumb reconstruction, 4 cases of thumb reconstruction, and 2 cases of simultaneous reconstruction of the middle finger and middle finger. Results 18 cases of allografts survived. After 1 year, 2 months to 7 years of follow-up, the appearance and function of the thumbs of the grafted toes were satisfactory. Conclusion It is safe and reliable to apply the microsurgical technique to the reconstruction of pediatric thumb deformity.
