民族团结教育的深化:内隐理论对群际交流影响的启示

解决群际冲突在世界范围内一直是一个难题。通过改变人们的内隐理论改善群际关系被证明是一种有效的方式。该研究通过向被试呈现不同版本的虚构的科学材料,改变被试的群体内隐理论。结果发现,阅读了虚构的科学材料后被试的内隐理论发生了改变。因阅读了材料而具有增长观的被试的群际交流意愿水平更高、对持有以和平方式解决群际冲突态度的人数的估计也更高,但没有表现出对以和平方式解决群际冲突态度的改善。本研究的结果对改善族际关系、进行民族团结教育具有一定的启发意义。 Resolving cyber conflict has been a dilemma worldwide. Improving interpersonal relationships by changing people’s implicit theories has proven to be an effective way. The study changed participants’ implicit theories by presenting different versions of fictitious scientific materials to the subjects. The results showed that subjects’ implicit theories changed after reading fictitious scientific material. Participants with a growth perspective who read through the materials had a higher willingness to engage in group exchanges and also had higher estimates of the number of people who held attitudes toward the peaceful settlement of intergroup conflicts but did not show any willingness to address the problem of peaceful settlement of groups Improvement of the attitude of conflict. The results of this study have certain enlightenment significance for improving inter-ethnic relations and conducting education on ethnic solidarity.
