本文提出反应自生复合(RSC)材料生长的Extended Vapor-Liquid Solid(EVLS)机制。以Al-2.96Mg-7.60Si为母材制备RSC材料,并运用光学显微分析、SEM及EPMA等技术手段,对EVLS模型进行了实验分析研究和验证。
In this paper, an Extended Vapor-Liquid Solid (EVLS) mechanism for the growth of reactive self-forming composite (RSC) materials is proposed. The RSC material was prepared by using Al-2.96Mg-7.60Si as the base material, and the EVLS model was analyzed and verified by optical microscopic analysis, SEM and EPMA.
