研究建立干法灰化消化样品,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测桄榔粉中痕量镉的方法;并对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的测定条件进行优化。研究表明,镉的检出限为0.66μg/L,线性范围为0.0~8.0μg/L;样品测定回收率在97.3%~103.2%之间,相对标准偏差为1.6%。方法准确灵敏、操作简单,用于实际样品中镉含量检测,结果满意。
The method of dry ashing digestion sample and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of trace cadmium in sugar cane powder were established. The determination conditions of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were optimized. The results showed that the detection limit of cadmium was 0.66μg / L and the linear range was 0.0 ~ 8.0μg / L. The recoveries of samples were between 97.3% and 103.2% with a relative standard deviation of 1.6%. The method is accurate and sensitive, simple to operate and is used for the detection of cadmium in the actual samples with satisfactory results.
