随着我国民航业的快速发展,空中交通管理系统的保障作用更加凸显,迫切需要利用信息技术提高空管安全信息的分析水平与效率。本文设计与开发了空中交通管理安全数据库分析系统,并详细介绍了系统的结构、功能、关键技术和实现。该系统采用B/S系统模式和MySQL数据库技术,不仅可以保存安全事件的基本信息,而且可以将基于SHEL模型的人为因素分析、防御失效分析和组织因素分析进行量化指标归类,以实现对安全信息的深入剖析;同时,该系统利用Java语言和Struts 2+Spring+Hibernate技术框架开发了Web应用程序,并设计了可灵活配置的用户角色和权限,使信息可以得到安全有序的利用。该研究可为空中交通管理安全信息管理提供量化决策支持。
With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry, the security role of air traffic management system becomes more prominent. It is urgent to use information technology to improve the analysis level and efficiency of ATC safety information. This article designs and develops the air traffic management safety database analysis system, and introduces the system structure, function, key technology and realization in detail. The system uses B / S system model and MySQL database technology, not only can save the basic information of security incidents, but also can be based on the SHEL model of human factors analysis, defense failure analysis and organizational factors analysis of quantitative indicators of classification in order to achieve security At the same time, the system uses Java language and Struts 2 + Spring + Hibernate technology framework to develop Web applications, and design flexible configuration of user roles and permissions, so that information can be safe and orderly use. The study provides quantitative decision support for the management of ATM safety information.
