为了切实贯彻调整、巩固、充实、提高的方针,上海勘测设计院对自己设计的已经投入运行的佛子岭、梅山、黄坛口和古田一级四个水电站进行了比较全面的调查研究工作。本文是上海院写的一篇调查报告的摘要。佛子岭、梅山、黄坛口、古田一级四个电站,从几年的运行情况看,其设计、施工的质量是好的,成绩是主要的,必须加以肯定和巩固。但是在具体工作中,也还存在一些问题,特别是排水、通风、照明和坝基处理等问题。这些问题,不仅造成运行中的许多不便,而且有的甚至影响到坝体的稳定和安全,必须引起我们注意。我们认为,这些问题不单是在上述四个电站中存在,其他电站也可能不同程度地存在。因此,我们建议各有关勘测设计院也可参照上海院的做法,对自己设计的、已经投入运行的电站,进行一次比较全面的调查研究和技术总结工作,以达到摸清情况,采取措施;总结经验,提高设计水平的目的。
In order to effectively implement the principles of adjustment, consolidation, enrichment and improvement, Shanghai Surveying and Design Institute conducted a comparatively thorough investigation and study on the four hydropower stations that have already been put into operation, namely, Fushiling, Meishan, Huangtankou and Gutian. This article is a summary of a survey report written by Shanghai Institute of Technology. Foziling, Meishan, Huangtankou, Gutian level four power plants, from a few years of operation, the design, construction quality is good, the result is the main, we must be affirmed and consolidated. However, there are still some problems in the concrete work, especially drainage, ventilation, lighting and dam foundation treatment. These problems not only cause a lot of inconveniences in operation, but also affect the stability and safety of the dam, and we must pay our attention. In our opinion, these problems not only exist in the above four power stations, but also other power stations may exist in varying degrees. Therefore, we suggest that all relevant survey and design institutes also refer to the practice of Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology to carry out a comparatively comprehensive survey and technical summary of their designed and operated power plants in order to find out the situation and take measures. Experience, improve the design level of the purpose.
