因材施教是教学实践过程中所应该遵守的基本原则,但是在真正的教学实践过程,由于种种因素的作用,因材施教的原则是难以实现。为此,针对立诚中学学生的家庭背景、教师的教学过程及学生对因材施教理念方式的认识等问题展开问卷调,结果 75.8%学生认为老师的教学过程中未能做到因材施教。
Teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes is a basic principle that should be followed in the teaching practice. However, in the real teaching practice, due to various factors, the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes is hard to come by. Therefore, 75.8% of the students think that teachers’ teaching process fails to teach in accordance with their aptitude for the problems such as family background, teachers’ teaching process and students’ understanding of the ways of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes.
