2002年,相对于白酒、葡萄酒、啤酒的波诡云谲跌宕起伏来说,黄酒显得相对沉寂,只是在静静地诉说着绵绵悠长的故事:“女儿红”三嫁找婆家;江苏如皋白蒲酒厂与“巨龙”酒厂之间的正宗之争;中国黄酒博物馆动工在即……告别,不等于遗忘,只是为了纪念真实发生的精彩与无奈…… 2003年迈着不疾不徐的步子还是来了:一只脚门里,一只脚门外,是跨进还是跨出?犹豫间,2002年纷繁酒事迭沓而至……近年来,我国黄酒年产量一直徘徊在150万吨左右,2002年有望突破200万吨。但从整体看,黄酒的需求增长依然缓慢。需求增长缓慢的最主要原因在于消费市场的区域性特征没有改观。长期以来黄酒消费一直集中在江、浙、沪一带,三地累计消费占全国消费总量的70%以上。加上企业规模普遍较小,经营者观念落后,严重制约了黄酒的发展。虽然在过去的一年里黄酒取得了一定发展,但是,要真正还黄酒辉煌,依然任重而道远。
