利用SRAP技术对12个柱花草品种进行鉴定分析,结果表明:18对引物共检测出98个位点,95个是多态性位点,多态性百分率为96.30%,扩增范围为150~2 000 bp,遗传相似性系数范围为0.398~0.969,平均值为0.756。采用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,在遗传相似性系数为0.652处,可将12份柱花草品种分为两大类群,第一类包括维拉诺柱花草和西卡柱花草2份材料,这一类属于非圭亚那柱花草;第二类群包括热研2号柱花草、热研5号柱花草、热研7号柱花草、热研10号柱花草、热研13号柱花草、热引18号柱花草、热研20号柱花草、热研21号柱花草、907柱花草和格拉姆柱花草,这一类群全都属于圭亚那柱花草。
The results showed that 98 loci were detected by 18 pairs of primers and 95 were polymorphic loci, the percentage of polymorphism was 96.30% and the amplification range was 150 ~ 2 000 bp. The genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.398 to 0.969 with an average of 0.756. UPGMA method was used to cluster analysis. At genetic similarity coefficient of 0.652, 12 Coltsfoot cultivars could be divided into two groups. The first group consisted of two materials, Villarranthus italicis and Sika schizandra, Belonging to the non-Guyana column flowers; the second group includes hot research column 2 flowers, hot research column 5 flowers, hot research column 7 flowers, hot study 10 column flowers, hot research column 13 flowers, heat cited 18 Column flower, hot research column 20 flowers, hot study column 21 column flowers, 907 column flowers and graham column flowers, all of this group belong to Guyana column flowers.
