在《义务教育体育课程标准》中明确地指出:“有效性的小学体育教学活动不单单是刻意地去模仿或者一味地记忆,自主的动手能力、自主探讨与合作交流是小学生学习体育的重要精神所在。”因此,小组合作是新课程标准积极倡导的学习方式之一,在此基础上教师要积极转变以往机械式的教学和学生压迫式的接受的学习方式,积极通过师生、生与生之间的交流、合作来促进学习,而更重要的是让学生通过小组合作方式,使小学生基本掌握社会技能、培养社会情感和提高动手的能力,培养学生的团队意识和社会责任感。
