目的 :建立青藤碱缓释片的测定方法。方法 :以反相高效液相色谱法测定青藤碱缓释片中青藤碱的含量 ,以十八烷基硅烷健合硅胶为固定相 ,以甲醇 - 0 .0 1mol·L-1NaH2 PO4缓冲液 (5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,氯霉素为内标。结果 :平均回收率99 .8% ,RSD =0 .9% ;该方法简便 ,结果准确。结论 :本方法可作为青藤碱缓释片的含量测定方法。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of sinomenine sustained-release tablets. Methods: The content of sinomenine in sinomenine sustained-release tablets was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The octadecylsilane was used as the stationary phase and buffered with methanol-1.0 mol·L-1NaH2PO4. The liquid (50:50) was the mobile phase and chloramphenicol was the internal standard. Results: The average recovery rate was 99.8% with RSD=0.9%. The method was simple and accurate. Conclusion : This method can be used as a method for the determination of sinomenine sustained release tablets.
