目的探讨自来水厂水样中有机提取物的遗传毒性及其致癌风险。方法应用SOS/umu试验对北方某自来水厂有机提取物的遗传毒性进行评价,并对其潜在致癌风险进行了评估。结果水样的诱导率(IR值)与水样体积呈一定的剂量-效应关系;水厂的水源水、出厂水在不加S9活化系统的条件下表现出一定的直接遗传毒性,末梢水未表现出遗传毒性,比较三种水样遗传毒性:出厂水>水源水>末梢水;各水样的致癌风险值均低于10-6。结论本次检测的自来水厂水样具有一定遗传毒性,致癌风险处于可接受水平。
Objective To investigate the genotoxicity and carcinogenic risk of organic extracts in water samples from tap water plants. Methods The SOS / umu test was used to evaluate the genotoxicity of organic extracts from a water plant in north China and the potential carcinogenic risk was evaluated. Results The induction rate (IR value) of water sample showed a certain dose-effect relationship with the water sample volume. The water source water and the ex-factory water of the water plant showed some direct genotoxicity without the S9 activating system. The peripheral water Showed genotoxicity and compared the genotoxicity of three samples: factory water> source water> peripheral water; and the carcinogenic risk of each water sample was lower than 10-6. Conclusion The water samples from the waterworks of this test have certain genotoxicity, and the carcinogenic risk is at an acceptable level.
