阐述了采用激光熔覆进行表面改性的研究进展,主要从激光熔覆提高基体材料的耐磨、耐蚀、抗氧化性等方面进行介绍。并将其与传统的热喷涂表面改性方法进行了对比。同时介绍了激光熔覆技术的应用现状。总体而言,激光熔覆层与基体呈冶金结合,结合强度高;熔覆层的厚度可控制;激光熔覆层气孔少、组织致密。
The research progress on surface modification by laser cladding is described. The main content of the study is to improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the matrix by laser cladding. And compared with the traditional thermal spray surface modification methods. At the same time introduced the application status of laser cladding technology. Overall, the laser cladding layer is metallurgically bonded with the substrate, and the bonding strength is high; the thickness of the cladding layer can be controlled; the laser cladding layer has fewer pores and dense structures.
