目的:比较碘化油、碘佛醇在子宫输卵管造影中的优缺点。方法:选取200例不孕症患者随机分成碘化油组和碘佛醇组,每组100例。分别用碘化油和碘佛醇行子宫输卵管造影术检查。结果:碘化油组的影像质量和输卵管显影情况优于碘佛醇组(P<0.01)。而在不良反应方面,碘佛醇组明显低于碘化油组(P<0.01)。结论:2种造影剂各有优缺点,可根据不同患者选择不同类型的造影剂。 OBJECTIVE: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of iodized oil and ioversol in hysterosalpingography. Methods: 200 cases of infertility were randomly divided into iodized oil group and ioversol group, 100 cases in each group. Respectively with iodized oil and iodine alcohol line hysterosalpingography. Results: The imaging quality and tubal development of iodized oil group were better than that of Ioversol group (P <0.01). In adverse reactions, Ioversol group was significantly lower than iodized oil group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The two contrast agents have their own advantages and disadvantages, according to different patients choose different types of contrast agent.
