计算钙从钢液中蒸发的热力学条件,借助ANSYSCFX软件对钙处理钢液浇注滑板时铸孔周围的流场及相应的压力分布状况进行了数值模拟。结果表明,浇注钙处理钢过程中上下滑板铸孔中心错开时,下滑板铸孔内极容易形成负压区和回流区,从钢液中蒸发的钙蒸汽及钢液中的溶解钙对上滑板造成化学侵蚀和冲刷,形成马蹄形损毁;而钙的蒸发与其在钢液中的浓度、钢液温度以及浇注条件等密切相关。因此,在实际生产现场,应合理选择滑板材质和铸孔大小,控制适当的出钢速度,以减轻对上滑板的马蹄形侵蚀,从而提高滑板使用寿命和浇注过程的安全性。
The thermodynamic conditions of calcium evaporation from molten steel were calculated. With ANSYSCFX software, the flow field around the casting hole and the corresponding pressure distribution were calculated by numerical simulation. The results show that when the center of the upper and lower skateboard casting holes are staggered, the negative pressure zone and the recirculation zone are easily formed in the casting hole of the lower skateboard. The calcium vapor evaporated from the molten steel and the dissolved calcium in the molten steel affect the upper skateboard Causing chemical erosion and erosion, the formation of horseshoe-shaped damage; and calcium evaporation and its concentration in molten steel, molten steel temperature and casting conditions are closely related. Therefore, at the actual production site, the selection of skateboard material and hole size should be reasonable and the proper tapping speed should be controlled so as to reduce the horseshoe-shaped erosion of the upper skateboard, so as to improve the service life of the skateboard and the safety of the pouring process.
