目的:探讨泪液中溶菌酶与转化生长因子β2在干眼症患者中的检测方法及意义。方法选取2013年1月至2015年6月于深圳市西丽人民医院接受治疗的60例干眼症患者为研究对象,将其分为干燥综合征组(A 组)和非干燥综合征组(B 组)。选取30例健康个体设为对照组。采用微量快速比浊法与双抗体夹心 ABC-ELISA 法检测泪液溶菌酶浓度及转化生长因子β2。结果 A、B 两组患者泪液中溶菌酶 A、B、L 含量明显低于对照组(P 0.05)。A、B 组泪液中转化生长因子β2的含量明显低于对照组(P 0.05)。结论泪液中溶菌酶与转化生长因子β2是干眼病诊断的重要依据,微量快速比浊法检测法对监测干眼症有重要的临床意义,灵敏度较高,检测结果可靠、准确,对于诊断干眼病具有重要的检测意义。“,”Objective To investigate the detection methods and research meaning of soluble enzyme and transforming growth factor beta 2 detection of tears in patients with dry eyes. Methods Selected 60 patients with dry eyes from January 2013 to June 2015 in Xili People’s Hospital of Shenzhen as the research objects,according to whether they were dry syndrome. The 60 cases were divided into dry syndrome group(group A)and non drying syndrome(group B). Selected 30 cases of healthy individualsas control group. Using trace fast turbidimetric method and double antibody sandwich ABC-tears detected soluble enzyme concen-tration and transforming growth factor beta 2. Results Group A,B with soluble enzyme A,B,L concentration of tears was sig-nificantly lower than those in the control group(P 0. 05). The transforming growth factor beta 2 levels of tears of group A and group B was lower than that in control group(P 0. 05). Conclusion Soluble enzyme and transforming growth factor beta 2 of tears is important basis diagnosis of dry eye disease,trace fast turbidimetry assay has important clinical significance in monitoring dry eyes,and it has high sensitivity,reliable and accurate detection result,so it is an important test for the diagnosis of dry eye.
