目的分析门诊患者退药原因。方法收集门诊退药处方(2006年1~12月)共计226张,按退药原因分类。结果退药原因所占比例依次为:药品不良反应占首位、患者入院治疗、配伍禁忌、收费有误、病情好转、其他原因等。结论加强门诊第一接诊诊疗质量,加强门诊用药咨询,增强工作人员责任心,使病人得到最佳的服务、最合理用药,以减少门诊退药的发生。
Objective To analyze the causes of withdrawal from outpatients. Methods A total of 226 prescriptions for outpatient retreat were collected (from January to December 2006), classified according to the reason of withdrawal. Results The proportion of the reasons for the withdrawal of drugs were: adverse drug reactions accounted for the first place, patients admitted to hospital, incompatibility, charging errors, condition improved, other reasons. Conclusions Strengthen the quality of outpatient first admissions, strengthen outpatient medication counseling, enhance the staff’s sense of responsibility, enable patients to get the best service, and make the most rational use of medication to reduce out-patient drug withdrawal.
