作者就环氧乙烷灭菌对艾叶等22种芳香性药材有效成分的影响进行了研究,发现在最佳灭菌条件下,环灭对药材外观、精油外观和精油成分均无明显影响,精油含量及黄酮甙等非挥发性有效成分的含量损失很少。环灭后未检出氯乙醇存在,环氧乙烷残留三天便可自行消失。作者认为在目前的技术和生产条件下,环氧乙烷可用于芳香性药材的灭菌。
The authors studied the effect of ethylene oxide sterilization on the active ingredients of 22 aromatic herbs such as Artemisiae argyi. It was found that under optimal sterilization conditions, ring extinguishing had no significant effect on the appearance of medicinal materials, the appearance of essential oils, and the essential oil composition. Content and content loss of non-volatile active ingredients such as flavonoids are low. After the ring was extinguished, no chlorohydrin was detected, and the ethylene oxide residue disappeared within three days. The authors believe that ethylene oxide can be used to sterilize aromatic herbs under current technology and production conditions.
