目的 :对双轮牌新生代酒的毒性和致突变性进行初步安全性评价。方法 :依照食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法进行试验设计和检测。结果 :雌、雄性小鼠急性经口半数致死量 (LD50 )均大于 2 0 .0 0g/Kg体重 ,急性毒性半数致死量 (LD50 )毒性分级属实际无毒 ;小鼠嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和Ames试验结果均为阴性 ,未见致突变性 ;30天喂养试验 ,实验动物生长发育良好 ,血液学检查、生化学检查、主要脏器脏体比及组织学检查结果与对照组相比 ,差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :双轮牌新生代酒作为食品是安全的。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the preliminary safety of toxicity and mutagenicity of Shuanglun brand new generation wines.
