随着新一轮课程改革的不断深入,国家投入了大量的人力、物力、财力,让一线教师参加课改培训,除了在网上进行培训外,还安排了骨干教师省级培训和教育部“国培计划”国家级培训。课改培训让教师有机会与教育界专家面对面进行交流,分享全国各地同仁对新课改的认识和研究成果。然而,由于时间短暂,各地的做法不尽相同,受培训教师的感受、认识和收获也各不相同。因而,他们在今后的教学中也会有不同的教学转变方向,形成不同的课改模式。当然,无论哪一种课改模式,目的只有一个:对学生来讲,要提高学习效率,减轻身心负担;对教师来讲,要转变教育观念,提高教学质量;对社会来讲,要为国家培养更多、更好、有能力、有责任心的青年,从而提高国民的整体素质。在此,笔者结合自
