按正交试验设计方法,采用放射分析法对嗜麦芽假单胞菌人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)受体表达的最佳条件进行研究。结果表明,在所设的影响嗜麦芽假单胞菌特异结合百分率的因素中,其最佳条件为0.5%半乳糖3号固体培养基,培养72小时。在此条件下嗜麦芽假单胞菌可表达出与HCG较高的特异结合百分率。
The optimum conditions for human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) receptor expression by Pseudomonas maltophilia were studied by orthogonal design. The results showed that among the factors affecting the specific binding percentage of Pseudomonas maltophilia, the optimal conditions were 0.5% galactose 3 solid medium and cultured for 72 hours. Under these conditions Pseudomonas maltophilia expressed a higher percentage of specific binding to HCG.
